To get to Marques Avenue from within Paris, take metro line 13 to Mairie de Saint-Ouen.

From Mairie de Saint-Ouen station, you can take a bus.

Please note that there are several buses that go to Marques Avenue, so depending on which bus you take, you may have to get off at different places.

When you get off the Metro, this escalator will bring you to the ground level.

The area around the Mairie de Saint-Ouen station is beautifully landscaped.

In front of the plaza is the city hall.

There are also smaller hotels and bars.

There are many bus stops, so it can be quite confusing to know where to get on.

Line 137

First of all, just outside the exit is the bus stop for line 137, which is on the right side of the image.

If you look at it on a google map, it will be here.

Not many people are lined up, which makes me a little worried.

If you take line 137 from here, the bus stop you get off at is Boulevard Marcel Paul.

The bus stop is very clean and well maintained.

Please note that if you take line 137, you will have to walk about 5 minutes to Marques Avenue.

When you get off the bus, head back towards the Seine and turn left before the Seine.

After a few minutes of walking along the street, you will see Marques Avenue on your left.

On a good day, the view of the Seine is very nice, so you can enjoy a walk.

Line 237

Another bus that goes to Marques Avenue is line 237.

On the other side of the 137 bus stop, on the right side of the photo, is the 237 bus stop.

Line 237 departs from and arrives at Mairie de Saint-Ouen, so you will have to use this bus stop to go there and come back.

Get off at Centre Commercial de l’Ile-Saint-Denis, right in front of Marques Avenue.

If you don’t like to walk, or if the weather is bad, it would be more convenient to use line 237.

Line 237 has a bus stop right in front of it, so if you shop in time for the departure of the bus on the way home, you can get home very smoothly.

The bus stop is located right in front of Marques Avenue, so it should be easy to find.

The location is Terminal 2E.

This terminal is mainly operated by Air France and JAL.

The store is right in front of you past the baggage check.

From the outside, the shop has a bit of a relaxed atmosphere, partly due to its location in the airport.

It depends on the time of day, but it is more empty than stores in Paris.

It has a smaller selection than the main store on the Champs-Elysées, but it has all the popular items.

(If you’re lucky, you’ll be able to buy items that are sold out in Paris）

Unlike the exterior, the inside of the store is quite bright with white as the base color.

It’s not crowded, which in turn makes me more excited.

Apparel-related products are also available.

How to take the SNCF N line

To get to One Nation Paris Outlet by train from Paris city, take the SNCF N line.

It is a little more difficult than going to La Vallée Village, which I introduced before.

Going

The departure station is GARE DE PARIS MONTPARNASSE。

Arrival station is VILLEPREUX LES CLAYES。

In the map above, take the train that branches off to the bottom.

You can get to GARE DE PARIS MONTPARNASSE by metro or bus.

There are some things to keep in mind when taking the N line.

• Don’t go to the wrong place.
• Don’t get on the wrong train.

This is obvious, but it is a bit difficult.

The reason for this is the way the trains operate.

In France, it is not decided what line you will depart from until just before departure.

Therefore, you have to watch the operation board and wait until the platform is displayed.

Depending on the train, you may not know until 5 to 10 minutes before departure, so be careful.

We all wait for the departure platform to be displayed.

Trains often do not arrive on time.

The display showed a delay of five minutes, but it actually came about another ten minutes later.

The train is a double-decker car.

It was a weekday, so it was very empty.

The ride takes about 40 minutes and you will arrive at VILLEPREUX LES CLAYES.

The area around the station is really quiet.

The next stop is One Nation Paris, so when the train departs, press the button to let them know you are getting off.

You have arrived at ONE NATION PARIS OUTLET.

Enter from the side of the Galeries Lafayette outlet and you will find an information center.

We also recommend taking the bus when returning from ONE NATION PARIS OUTLET.

However, the number of buses is very limited, so it is best to check the departure time by referring to this timetable.

It is common for the bus to be about 10 minutes late.
Don’t be in a hurry to wait for the bus if it arrives too late.

The bus stop is on the other side of the road from where you got off.

There are few passengers, but a larger bus comes.

If you walk, it’s a long way, but if you take a bus, you’ll arrive in no time.

Until the train arrives, it is quiet, but when the train comes in, the number of people suddenly increases.

Of course, there will be an increase, but not to the level of congestion.

The return trip is also a double-decker train.

One Nation Paris is 10 minutes away from VILLEPREUX LES CLAYES.

It takes at least 1 hour and 30 minutes one way, considering the waiting time, etc.

The journey takes about 50 minutes from the center of Paris.

Public Safety on the RER A Line

Security on the RER A line is not something to worry about.

Of course, it does not mean that it is safe, but if you are heading to the outlets, it is not so crowded on weekdays, and on weekends and holidays, there are many families heading to Disneyland, so there is no problem even if it is crowded.

Even with the relatively safe A-line, there are some points to watch out for.

It is between Vincennes and La Défense.

Trains are very crowded in this area, and there have been many reports of pickpockets.

If you plan to ride this section for a long time, please be very careful of your surroundings.

It is especially easy to be targeted when getting on and off the train, so it is recommended not to stand by the door when you have luggage.

During mall hours, there will be a luggage check at the entrance, so please make sure your bag is visible and take off your jacket, before going through the check.

The entrance is small, but the mall is long.

There are many popular stores in this mall, making it a very enjoyable place to visit.

After passing through the entrance, just walk straight ahead.

There is no mention of an outlet at the end of the arrow, but continue straight ahead.

There are toilets along the way, so it would be convenient to use them on the way back.

In the basement, there is a supermarket called Auchan.

I used to do a lot of shopping here, but these days I don’t stop by.
This is because everywhere in Paris, there are Monoprix, Carrefour, and Flampris near the hotels, where you can shop for everyday items.

It may be slightly cheaper than buying snacks and other items in Paris, but it is not wise to add more luggage after shopping at the outlets.

Also, when you enter the supermarket, your luggage is checked again, which is a hassle if you have purchased a lot of things at the outlet.

I don’t recommend stopping by unless you have something you really need to buy.

It’s a long way, but there are various stores on both sides, so you’ll arrive in no time.

How to get to La Vallée Village

SHOPPING EXPRESS by bus

Another way to get to La Vallée Village is by bus.

You can get there safely by taking a private shuttle bus from Paris city.

It’s easy to get around, but there are only two trains a day, so it’s not the most flexible way to get around.

This is a good option for those who have plenty of time and are not really comfortable with train travel.
